Resolution Process

  • Our team will review your request and verify the issue.
  • Once approved, a replacement will be delivered, or a refund will be initiated.

Additional Terms

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • In case of refunds, only the product price will be refunded; delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.
