Products and Prices

• All goods on the app are fresh and acquired straight from the dairy farm.
• Availability depends on supply levels. Prices are inclusive of all relevant taxes. Delivery charges (if any) will be disclosed at checkout.
• Terms and conditions apply to all discounts, offers, and promotions, which may change without prior notice.

Orders and Payment

• Orders must be placed through the app. Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed.
• Payment options include UPI, debit/credit cards, online banking, and COD if available.
• After successful payment, an order confirmation will be provided by SMS or email.

Delivery Terms

• Orders will be sent to the address you provide at the time of purchase. Make sure the address and phone number are correct.
• Unexpected events, location, and weather can affect delivery times.

Restrictions on Liability

• Despite our best efforts to guarantee quality, we disclaim all liability for any harm brought on by incorrect handling or storage of goods after delivery.
• We’ll try to fix problems as soon as possible if technical failures cause service interruptions.
